In her role, Goda supports with executing HPE’s sustainability strategy and with the rollout of HPE’s ESG Framework. This includes assisting with the ESG reporting, engaging with portfolio companies on ESG and developing and implementing B Corp-related initiatives. From a compliance perspective, she helps HPE Growth implement and adhere to regulations such as DORA, SFDR, AML & KYC, AIFMD, GDPR and the EU Taxonomy, among others.
Prior to joining HPE, she gained experience as a Legal Sustainability Consultant, focusing on the EU's Green Deal and supporting NGOs on regulatory sustainability matters. She has also gained valuable experience through various legal internships in Amsterdam and Vilnius in different financial organizations.
Goda holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Psychology, Law, and Economics with specialization in Law, as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Union Law, both from the University of Amsterdam.
She joined HPE as an intern in October 2024 and transitioned to a full-time analyst role in January 2025.
